Real estate professionals spend hours manually searching for properties, cross-referencing data from different sources (DVF, DPE, land registry, geo-risks) and evaluating opportunities without any overview.
What we built
A comprehensive web platform that automatically aggregates French open data real estate records and displays them on an interactive map. An AI engine analyzes market trends and identifies the best opportunities.
Tech stack
React 19 frontend with TypeScript and MapLibre GL JS for map rendering via vector tiles. .NET backend for large-scale data processing and AI pipelines. Secured REST API.
