The problem
The owner and 2 sales reps managed everything in Word and Excel: manually writing quotes, tracking follow-ups on a shared Excel spreadsheet that regularly crashed, with zero visibility on the sales pipeline. 2 days per week lost to administrative tasks.
What we built
An internal web tool that handles the entire sales cycle: quote creation in 2 clicks from a product catalog, automatic sending to the client, scheduled follow-ups, and a dashboard showing the pipeline in real time.
Tech stack
React frontend with a responsive interface. .NET 9 backend with SQLite for a lightweight and self-contained database. Transactional emails via Resend for quote delivery and automated follow-ups.
